Another tropical insect that just reaches its northern most range in the riparian canyons of southeastern Arizona, Mew Mexico and Texas. The gray pattern may be very dark to light gray. By day it can perch almost unnoticed on the trunks of trees, blending perfectly into the bark pattern.
